You have the option to pay your dues online. Please read all instructions carefully.
Please be aware that there are additional charges for this service. The online payment site is encrypted and secure; however, it is managed by an outside third-party payment service, so we do not offer refunds or discounts for any fees associated with online payments.

Frequently Asked Questions
How Can I get a Copy of the CC&Rs?
You have a couple of options: you can click on the tab marked CC&Rs within this portal and obtain a copy. You may also contact your HOA Manager and request a copy that will be emailed to you.
What if I prefer to drop off my payment?
If you are unable to either mail your payment to us or pay online through the portal, you may be able to drop off a payment to us. Please contact your HOA manager at kclaffey@prestigepm.com to receive instructions. Please note, we do not accept cash.
I would like to submit an architectural change request for my home. How do I do that?
If you have a change to your home that requires Board approval, please send an email to kclaffey@prestigepm.com. Include your name and address, as well as what change you would like to make. We will contact the Board on your behalf for approval.
Why do you need my email address?
We prefer communicating by email, as it provides a timeline of things discussed. We can also quickly send updates on community information, important dates or events to remember, etc.
